Sparkly Singers is Wiltshire’s fun-loving choir experience, founded with the aim of bringing the joy and benefits of group singing to everyone, regardless of age, experience or ability.
With weekly evening sessions in Chippenham (Wednesdays) and Royal Wootton Bassett (Tuesdays), our emphasis is on singing in a way that is, above all else, fun. Rather than striving for vocal perfection or learning complicated harmonies, we simply sing in unison and focus our energies on developing the visual element of each of our songs.
Whilst this could mean anything from adding a touch of humour, a smattering of movement or the occasional wacky prop, it always results in our performances being far more entertaining for both our singers and audiences.
Our newer ‘lighter’ lunchtime sessions in Chippenham (Mondays) are also perfect for anyone who just fancies popping out for an hour or so each week to meet new people and sing a fabulous selection of feel-good songs, without the option of performing in public.
So if you simply love to sing, but have yet to find the choir that perfectly complements your sense of fun, why not visit our website, or check us out on Facebook and YouTube.
Better still, why not join our mailing list (via the link on our website) to receive our weekly e-newsletter or come along to one of our FREE taster sessions to see what we’re all about.

Hi according to my husband I’m tone deaf but I love to sing!! Is there a place for me??
Hi Sally. You should definitely get in touch with the Sparkly Singers & book a free taster! There is more info about how to do that on their website – https://www.sparklysingers.org.uk (see direct link in the above blog post). On their Facebook page they say “Through our own unique mix of humour, movement and the occasional wacky prop, we aim to bring the joy and benefits of group singing to everyone, regardless of age or ability”. Go for it!
Any session with the Sparkly Singers really is the most brilliant fun, and singing with this lovely group of people gives one of the best natural highs. But that’s just the superficial stuff. Delve just a tiny bit deeper into what we are about, and you’ll also find a nurturing environment, supportive friendships, social outings, and all the confidence boosting, mood enhancing, health promoting benefits of being part of this fabulous choir – we are so much more than a group of people who sing together.
Why not come along to one of our free taster sessions and experience the joy of being a member of this amazing choir. Just go to our website www.sparklysingers.co.uk all the details about the choir and how to book a taster session are there.
