An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating until 31 August 2024
A free, weekly, timed 5k run, jog or walk in the park.
Organised by local volunteers, the 5k parkrun event encourages individuals and groups to meet their mental as well as physical health goals in a friendly community atmosphere.
We have runners out to beat the course record, their own Personal Best and meet with friends as well as walkers out to do almost exactly the same!
