Community Yoga Classes

Weekly Community Yoga classes, Friday mornings (term time) at King Alfred Hall (St Andrews Church, central Chippenham).

Friendly, supportive, All Levels classes include an exploration of yoga poses and connection to the breath. Soothe sore hips, loosen lower backs and release those tight shoulders! Beginners welcome.
