Our Beginners Nordic walking course is the perfect introduction to this low-impact, full-body exercise that combines walking with the use of specially designed poles.

Designed for all fitness levels, the course typically covers the fundamentals of proper technique, including posture, rolling through the feet, and the coordinated arm swing and leg movement. Participants learn how to use the poles effectively to engage the upper body, improve balance, and increase cardiovascular benefits compared to regular walking.

The course will be held outdoors in a relaxed, supportive environment, making it a great way to get active, enjoy nature, and meet like-minded people. By the end of the course, participants often notice improved posture, increased speed and distance and confidence in using Nordic walking poles efficiently to incorporate Nordic walking as part of a healthy lifestyle.
