Chippenham Town Cycle Ride via Rowden Park
Chippenham Town ride via Rowden Park is a FREE cycle ride exploring a route through the town using a combination of quieter back streets and off road connections, some newly opened. The majority is on quieter streets.
We start at Bewley House – the large building between the Railway arches and the Reel cinema, and end in Monkton Park where we will have FREE refreshments. (You will need to make your own way the short distance from Monkton Park to the start point at Bewley House if you need to).
The ride is part of the Big Bike Revival, and is particularly suitable for adults who are beginners, improving, or returning to cycling. Families are welcome to join us.
The route explores quieter streets and cycle connections that you may not be familiar with to get around town.

The ride takes approximately two hours and utilises quieter roads and cycle links featured on the newly updated Chippenham Cycle Map.
The ride is guided by Cycle Chippenham volunteers and has been risk assessed.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
As part of the Big Bike Revival grant criteria we will collect as a minimum a name and email address from adults at the ride event.
