The RISE Trust remains a significant force within family and children’s charity work in North Wiltshire. They manage a Community Hub in The Oaks, Chippenham, along with a pre-school@The Oaks Pre-school in Chippenham – RISE Pre-Schools.
They also provide youth services for the Chippenham, Calne, Royal Wootton Bassett, Corsham, Cricklade, Purton and Malmesbury areas. These include youth clubs, safe spaces and detached street based outreach for young people – Youth Groups/support,
The RISE services also include a mentoring service to the Chippenham primary schools and have a Parent Support Advisor that goes into local primary schools.
The Health Visitors hold individual appointments at The RISE Trust Community Hub and the school nurse attends every Thursday morning from 10-11am.
