A social club for older people with an emphasis on keeping active.
The Fitness & Friendship Club is open to all older people in the Chippenham area who would like the opportunity to take part in activities and gentle exercise. There is a small charge of £6 per session which can be paid on the door. Activities offered can include Kurling (no ice required!), Bowling, Quoits, Tai Chi, quizzes and games.
The club is held alternate Wednesdays, 2pm – 4pm in Kingsley Road Community Hall, Kingsley Road, Chippenham, SN14 0AS. New members are always welcome.
