Toy and Table Top Sale

Pop along on the 25th for cake and a cuppa, then have a shop at the table top sale. Proceeds from Cake sale to raise money for Lyla’s new wheels*

*Hi, our names are Natasha and Paul, Mum and Dad to 3 girls. Our middle child Lyla has just turned 11, when she was 2 she was diagnosed with a chromosome deletion and then at 5 she was diagnosed with the progressive neurological disease called Autosomal Recessive Spastic Ataxia of Charlevoix Saguanay. Sadly there isn’t a cure and her mobility and speech will decline, she currently has a manual wheelchair which we have to push as she isn’t strong enough to propel herself due to her condition. Lyla is starting at big school in September and is desperate to be independent and be able to “walk” to school with her friends. We have found an amazing piece of kit by Triride which attaches to her manual wheelchair and basically turns it into an electric wheelchair, it can easily be removed when we want to push her but this would give her so much more opportunity. Sadly this comes at a massive cost, £3500, we are doing some fundraising as we need support and help from our friends to raise this amount.
