Home-Start North Wiltshire is seeking a trustee with finance and accounting expertise to join our Board and help guide the charity’s future.
As part of the national Home-Start UK network, we support families with children under five through challenging times – helping parents build confidence and create brighter futures for their children.
You do not need previous trustee experience. We are looking for someone who can bring financial insight, sound judgement and constructive challenge – helping the Board oversee finances, manage risk and make confident, sustainable decisions.
What is involved?
The Board meets five times a year, usually on a Wednesday morning. Meetings last no more than two hours, with the option to join in person or via Microsoft Teams.
This is an opportunity to use your professional skills for a meaningful cause, gain valuable board-level experience, broaden your network and make a tangible difference to families across North Wiltshire.
We provide a full induction, ongoing support and reimbursement of reasonable expenses.
