The Knatty Knitters of Chippenham are, once again, filling the cabinet in the Town Hall foyer with knitted and crocheted novelties. This is their third year. Firstly it was an Aquarium, then a Toy Shop and this year it will be a Dolls’ Fashion Parade.
Cindys, Barbies, and a couple of Kens have been fashionably dressed in knitted and crocheted outfits and will be on show from 1 June for one month. Everyone is invited to pop into the Neeld Hall and see the Knitters’ creations.
After the exhibition, the dolls will be donated to the Shoe Box Campaign, to be sent to children in need all over the world.
