Earth Day Celebrations

Celebrate Earth Day and the national launch of The Wild Escape collective artwork and create mirror and handprint moths and our free creative drop-in.

The Wild Escape project led by Art Fund, celebrates UK wildlife and creativity. Over the past few months Chippenham Museum has been encouraging its young visitors to discover the amazing story of the colour-changing Peppered Moth and imagine its ‘escape’ back to its natural habitat.

Join us as we catch up with the journey of our Peppered Moth and reveal some of the some of the stories and artwork produced over the past few months. Take part in crafty activities making mirror and hand print moths.
