Space to Balance
offers yoga classes, 1:1 yoga sessions and workplace yoga classes in Chippenham, Wiltshire. Through yoga and mindfulness, Kelly’s mission is to help people to slow down, prioritise their wellbeing and feel more peace day to day.
Kelly teaches in-person yoga classes on Tuesdays (6:30-7:30pm) and Wednesdays (6-7pm) at Sheldon School Dance Studio. The studio is airy and spacious with lots of natural light in the spring and summer months, and calming, ambient lighting through autumn and winter. In summer, we also have the option to take our practice outside onto the school field… the perfect combination of yoga, sunshine and nature!
Classes are friendly, informal and open to all levels, with modifications given where needed as well as more challenging options for those looking to progress. They include a mixture of hatha and vinyasa flow yoga, designed to help improve strength, flexibility, balance and posture. Kelly also incorporates mindfulness meditation, breathwork and relaxation to leave you feeling calm, relaxed and at your best.
